First you need to create a new mobile access point. To create a access point follow below steps:

==> Go to Settings on your device

==> Click More under settings >>> Mobile Network or Network Settings >>> Access Point Names >>> Select Etisalat

==> Create New APN with the following details

APN Type: default, supl, wap

APN: etisalat

Proxy: leave it empty

Port: leave it empty

Save And set it as your default settings

Psiphon Configuration

==> Launch Psiphon Handler

==> Proxy Type: Reverse Proxy

==> Proxy Server: instagram.com

You can also use any of the below Proxy Server; skype.com or facebook.com or twitter.com or viber.com or mobile.etisalat.com.ng%2F%3a@41.73.228.136

==> Real Proxy Type: HTTP

==> Click Save

==> Select save and click on “tunnel whole device”

==> Click on the option tab

==> Region: select, USA Server

==> Select more option

==> Check “Connect through an HTTP” then select “Use the following settings:”

==> Host address: 69.58.50.149

==> Port: 8080

You can also use any of these Magic IP

Magic Ip: 45.32.161.29 Port: 8080
Magic IP: 194.126.37.93 Port: 8080

Configurations is done, now click on Start

Note: It may take up to (5 - 10)minutes to connect, so you have to be patient for it to connect.
