Android Users

==> Download Psiphon Handler Here /Size 5.85MB

==> Create New APN on your android as follows
APN - web.gprs.mtnnigera.net
APN Type - Default, Wap, Supl
Proxy - 127.0.0.1
Port - 8080

Save the settings and select as default

==> Launch Psiphon
Proxy Type - Real Host
Proxy Server - web.blackberry.com

save and click "Tunnel whole device"

==> Select More Option
Click "Connect through an HTTP"
Select "Use the following settings"
Host Address - 10.199.212.2
Port - 8080
save and connect

Pc Users

Download Psiphon for pc here /Size
Configure Psiphone on pc as stated above for android.

Modem Configuration

APN - web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
Dial Up Number - *99#
save and connect

Note: Configure your browse to use
proxy 127.0.0.1 and port 8080
Tick "Use this proxy server for all protocols"
